Annual General Meeting 2025
Dear Members,
We warmly invite you to the Annual General Meeting of Owners Corporation No. 1 PS 842537H to be held on Wednesday, 27th August 2025 via the Online Meeting Zoom Platform at 6:00 pm.
Members are required to register in advance (at least 24hrs prior) for this meeting by clicking the below button.
If you have previously opted to receive your correspondence via mail, the Notice of Annual General Meeting and other applicable documents will be posted out to you. Should you not receive your copy of the meeting notice please don't hesitate to contact our office.
For members who have opted to receive their correspondence electronically, this newsletter serves as the notice of meeting and the issuance of the AGM documents.

If you are unable to attend, the Minutes of the meeting will be sent to you. You also have the right to appoint a proxy if you are unable to attend the meeting.
If you wish to nominate as a Committee Member, please complete the Committee Nomination Form included within the meeting pack, and provide it to Quantum 24 hours prior to the Annual General Meeting. Alternatively, you can nominate at the AGM in person.
If you have any questions in relation to the annual financial statements please forward them to our office 48 hours prior to the meeting.
If you are unable to attend, the Minutes of the meeting will be sent to you. You also have the right to appoint a proxy if you are unable to attend the meeting.

Request for Members to express interest in playing a part in building our Community!
The Owners Corporation Committee plays a vital role in overseeing key aspects of the Owners Corporation.
Its effectiveness is strengthened by diverse perspectives, practical skills, and a shared commitment to the well-being of our community.
If you’re passionate about the community and want to make a meaningful contribution, we’d love to hear from you!
If you answer “yes” to many of the following questions, we encourage you to consider nominating for the OC1 Committee at the upcoming AGM:
- Are you passionate about the future of the Five Farms Community?
- Do you have experience or interest in areas such as finance, contracting, community development, or general management?
- Do you value inclusive discussions and working as part of a collaborative team?
- Do you want to play an active role in shaping how our community operates?
The work of the Committee involves matters that span finance, contracting, community development and general management.
Its operation and deliberations benefit from diverse skills and inclusive discussions. If you have appropriate skills and attributes, and can apply them in a collaborative setting, then you sound like someone who would help our community as a member of the OC1 Committee.
If you live in the community but are not listed as an owner of the property, you can still nominate for the OC1 Committee if a registered lot owner appoints you as their proxy.
