Community App & Club Induction Process
The safety and enjoyment of club members is paramount for the community as is compliance with the relevant legislative obligations of the owners corporation. So, to ensure we address these concerns, all residents are required to complete an induction of the Club before they are provided with their mobile access token.
The Club Induction Process is now available for lot owners to complete via the Five Farms Community App from the Home page.
If you do not have access to the Five Farms Community App, please scan the QR Code provided below and ‘Request App Login’.
The Community App is available in Google Play or Apple app store.
Please Note:
If you are a household resident but your name is not on the property title, you will need to supply proof that you reside at a property within Five Farms by providing one of the following that displays your Five Farms property address and your name:
- Utility Bill – electricity, gas, telephone (current address – less than 3 months old)
- Phone/Internet/Mobile Bill
If you are a lot owner leasing your property, please forward this information to your letting agent, including written instructions to allow your tenant membership rights to the Club. By providing your tenant membership rights, you, as the lot owner, will not be able to access the Allendale Residents' Club.
Now…. Let’s Get Started!
To access the Allendale Residents' Club, residents will need to complete the induction form and book an induction at the Club in the below simple steps:
- Download the Five Farms Community App
- Request for an app login via the Five Farms Community App (for members who do not yet have access)
- Complete the online Club Induction form in the Community App - Households with more than one adult (16 years and older) are required to follow this induction process and fill out a separate induction form per adult.
- Once you submit your online induction, the Club team will review and approve your induction submission, and you'll receive an email confirmation with instructions to book your appointment with the Club team. Follow the instructions to book your in-person induction to finalise your application and arrange your mobile access credentials at the Club. You can do this by clicking on the "Bookings" button on the homepage (Community App) and then choosing the "Appointment with Team Member"
IMPORTANT: Members must complete the online induction before being able to book their final in-person induction.
Mobile Access Credentials
Each Lot is entitled to a maximum of two (2) Mobile Access Credentials, which are provided upon the completion of the in-person induction.
Should additional Mobile Access Credentials be required, they can be purchased for $33.00 (including GST) by completing the ‘Access credentials Order Form’ on the Five Farms Community App.

Owners Corporation Fees
Owners Corporation Fees for the period 1 July to 30th September 2025 have been issued to all members and are due on 1 July 2025.
Fee notices are issued to all lot owners via their preferred method of delivery that has been provided to our office. If we have not received any instructions on your preferred delivery method, all fee notices will be issued to you via post, to the address that we have on file for you.
If you would like to check the contact details registered, please send us an email to fivefarms@quantumunited.com.au and our friendly team will be able to assist.
If your details have recently changed, please click on the link below and complete our Owners Details Update Form.
We take this opportunity to remind all owners of the Owners Corporation’s debt recoveryprocess. Lots with an amount outstanding of over $733.00 (the annual fee amount for the 24/25 financial year) may be referred to our legal team. Once a lot is referred for legal action, additional legal and administrative costs will be incurred and charged to the respective lot.
Please note that the OC takes all reasonable steps to remind owners of their arrears prior to initiating debt recovery proceedings.
To avoid additional charges and interest, we encourage owners to make payments promptly
As always, if you are experiencing any financial hardship or would like to enter into a payment plan, please do not hesitate to contact our office or click on the below link. We are always willing to work with lot owners and implement a mutually agreeable payment plan.
Never Miss a Due Date Again
Simplify your life - set it and forget with Macquarie's Direct Debit
Did you know that your OC fees can be deducted automatically on the due date via the direct debit facility that is now available through the Macquarie DEFT platform?
Many lot owners have already taken advantage of this 'set and forget' facility where fees are automatically deducted from your nominated bank account on the scheduled date, ensuring timely payment which gives you the peace of mind to focus on other things, without the hassle of worrying about forgetting to pay by certain due dates.
If this is something that you would like to set up moving forward, please send us an email at fivefarms@quantumunited.com.au and we can arrange to have a unique invitation for your lot to be sent to you via the Macquarie Deft Platform.
Once your Direct Debit has been set up with Macquarie Bank's DEFT Payment System, there will be no more forms to complete, no more cheques to write, no more postage charges to pay and no more standing in queues to make payments.
While members are under no obligation to set up direct debit facility, we encourage you to take this opportunity to simplify your payment arrangements.
If you choose the direct debit facility, you will still continue to receive fee notices via your preferred delivery method, however, the fee amount will automatically be debited from your nominated account on the due date noted on your fee notice.
Frequently Asked Questions from Lot Owners
Will my direct debit amount update if my fee amount changes?
Yes, once registered, the Macquarie DEFT system will be synced with the Owners Corporation lot account. Any changes to your fee amount will automatically update your direct debit amount, ensuring accurate and seamless payments.
What happens to my direct debit if I sell my property?
Your account will no longer be debited once your property sale is processed. The Macquarie DEFT system is directly linked to the Owners Corporation database and will deactivate the direct debit for your lot when ownership details are updated.
