Stretch, Strengthen & Unwind
This Term 3, Allendale Residents' Club launches its very first resident fitness class, and you're invited to be part of it from day one. Our new weekly yoga program is built for everybody and every experience level, whether you've never held a pose in your life or you flow through sun salutations in your sleep.
Roll out your mat to improve flexibility, build strength, melt away stress, and carve out an hour that's just for you. Better still, you'll do it alongside your neighbours, turning a quiet Monday evening into something to look forward to.

Function Hall, Allendale Residents' Club
RECOMMENDED FOR:
Ages 12+, all experience levels welcome
Please bring your own mat and a water bottle, and wear something comfortable that you can move and breathe in.
As Allendale's first-ever fitness class, spaces are something special, so don't wait to claim yours. Bookings are essential via the Five Farms Community App.
IMPORTANT:
Future classes will open for booking one week before each class date, so keep an eye on the Five Farms App to avoid missing out.
